It requires rethinking how organizations operate, make decisions, and create value. The AI Strategy & Adoption team partners with OpenAI's leading enterprise customers to help guide that transition. We work closely with executive leaders to translate frontier AI capabilities into practical changes in operating models, workforce strategy, and measurable business outcomes. Our work sits at the intersection of technology, strategy, and organizational change. We collaborate with customers and internal teams across OpenAI to help organizations move beyond early experimentation and build lasting AI capabilities. Our mission is to help enterprises turn AI into a sustained advantage-enabling them to continuously innovate, improve how they operate, and reinvent their business over time. About the RoleWe are looking for a senior leader with experience guiding large organizations through meaningful technology and operational change. This role is designed for someone who understands how emerging technologies become real organizational capabilities-and how leadership teams can translate those capabilities into long-term strategic advantage. You will work closely with the Head of AI Strategy & Adoption to help enterprise leaders understand how frontier AI systems may reshape how organizations create value, operate, and compete. In partnership with C-suite executives, you will help introduce practical frameworks for evaluating where AI can create durable advantage and how organizations can move from experimentation to sustained capability. This role focuses on helping leaders connect new AI capabilities with the strategic, operational, and governance decisions required to realize their potential. This role is based in San Francisco or New York, with a hybrid schedule (three days per week in the office). Relocation support is available. In This Role, You Will
