Genesis10 is currently seeking a Senior UX Designer for our Global Agricultural & Food Corporation client located in Wayzata, MN. This position is hybrid in Wayzata, MN. This is a 6+ month contract opportunity. Pay range: $60.00 - $65.00 per Hour Description: We are seeking a Senior UX Designer to support a high-impact initiative focused on enhancing and scaling the digital experience for a large enterprise web platform. This role is ideal for a hands-on UX designer who thrives in complex environments and can quickly step in to deliver meaningful design improvements. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to evolve a mature design system, improve usability, and drive consistency across a global digital ecosystem Responsibilities: Design and enhance user experiences for a large-scale enterprise website Work within and contribute to an established design system (component libraries, templates, patterns) Translate business and user needs into intuitive, scalable UX solutions Collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams to deliver cohesive experiences Support template and framework development to ensure consistency across the platform Apply user research insights (qualitative & quantitative) to inform design decisions Analyze user behavior and performance data to optimize UX outcomes Participate in UX alignment efforts across global teams and stakeholders Required Experience 5+ years of UX Design / Product Design experience Strong experience working with design systems and component-based design Proficiency in Figma (or similar modern design tools) Experience designing for enterprise-level web platforms Ability to work hands-on in UX execution (not just strategy) Strong understanding of: User-centered design principles Usability testing (qualitative research) Data-driven design (A/B testing, analytics) Preferred Qualifications Experience working with enterprise design systems (internal or proprietary) Familiarity with user testing tools (e.g., Maze or similar) Background in complex, cross-functional environments Experience supporting large content-driven platforms or global websites Prior experience in similar industries (enterprise, manufacturing, agriculture, etc.) If you have the described qualifications and are interested in this exciting opportunity, please apply!
