Designs and implements advanced processes and analytics associated with a wide variety of data sets used for data/text mining, analysis, and prediction to enable informed business decisions. Essential Responsibilities
Gains insight into key business problems and deliverables by applying highly technical analysis techniques analysis techniques to examine structured and unstructured data from multiple disparate Sources. Provides insight from initial concept to fully tested production and communicates results to a broad range of audiences. Effectively uses current and emerging technologies to evaluate trends and develop actionable insights and recommendations to management, via understanding of the business model and the information available for analysis. Typically uses data, statistical and quantitative analysis, basic modeling, and fact-based management to drive decision making. Mentors less senior staff. Works in cross functional projects and programs. Routinely presents to management. Performs other duties as assigned.
Additional Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
Expertise in application architecture and development using Microsoft Azure, SQL Server, SSIS, and strong SQL query skills. Experience with data science and operations research tools and methodologies. Power BI expertise, including dashboard development, reporting, and data modeling. Ability to identify process improvement opportunities and convert manual bottlenecks into automated, agentic workflows (e.g., Alteryx). Handson experience with AI technologies, such as ServiceNow NOW Assist and Gemini Enterprise, to build autonomous agents that resolve complex user requests. Working knowledge of Oracle Cloud Financials, including navigation, integration points, and functional processes. Strong project management capabilities and ability to support a portfolio of initiatives. Excellent analytical, organizational, and problemsolving skills. Demonstrated leadership skills to support strategic initiatives and motivate teams. Exceptional verbal and written communication, adaptable to various audiences.
Minimum Education Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, or a quantitative discipline such as mathematics, engineering, operations research, economics or finance. Minimum Experience Seven (7) years of experience in measurement and analysis, quantitative business problem-solving, operations analysis, marketing analysis, simulation development and/or predictive analytics. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Superior analytical skills with diverse analytics and statistical software and applications. Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. Proven leadership skills.
