Description Validate and process trade transactions-with a primary focus on fixed income products and FICCeligible activity-in internal and external systems. Monitor trade confirmations, allocations, and settlement cycles to ensure prompt and accurate settlement, especially for Sponsored Repo and FICC netting workflows. Reconcile fixed income trade activity with custodians, brokers, clearing agents, and counterparties using Broadridge Impact and related platforms. Collaborate with front office, middle office, and external parties to research and resolve trade breaks, failed settlements, or discrepancies. Maintain accurate transaction records and support audit, regulatory, and operational reporting requirements related to fixed income operations. Assist with process enhancements, workflow improvements, and system updates to strengthen posttrade operational efficiency. Skills sponsored repo Top Skills Details 3+ Years of experience using Broadridge Impact to process trades. 2+ Years experience processing Sponsored Repo transactions Additional Skills & Qualifications Familiarity with industry utilities such as DTCC, FICC, Bloomberg, or SWIFT messaging. Strong knowledge of trade lifecycle events for fixed income, repo, and other credit products. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and execute under tight settlement deadlines. Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and financial operations systems. Strong problemsolving, communication, and documentation skills.
