The Project Manager Existing Installations (EI) is responsible for ensuring the quality, safety, and performance of all assigned elevator and escalator service operations while driving customer satisfaction and revenue growth. This role oversees the servicing, repair, and improvement of existing units in alignment with Schindler and customer standards, with a strong focus on safety, cost efficiency, and continuous improvement. In addition, the position cultivates and manages long-term customer relationships, identifying opportunities for maintenance, repair, and modernization sales. The role serves as the primary liaison between customers and Schindler, ensuring clear communication, high service levels, and proactive account management. Responsibilities also include employee selection, training, and safety oversight for assigned projects, as well as achieving sales targets through strategic account development and industry expertise.
