The Director of Industrial and Systems Engineering is responsible for overseeing the work of several engineering teams for the planning, coordination, and execution of multiple engineering projects. The incumbent is the liaison between engineering front line leaders and senior leadership and stakeholders. Work with the senior leaders to develop and implement the company's engineering strategy. Responsible for the development and implementation of engineering processes and best practices for Consumers. Responsible for the budgeting and forecasting of engineering costs for their area, and will liaise with other departments to ensure the smooth running of operations. The Director of Industrial & Systems Engineering leads strategic optimization of processes, systems, and operations across the organization. This role is responsible for designing,improving, and scaling endtoend workflows that enhance efficiency, quality, throughput, safety, and cost performance. The Director oversees teams in industrial engineering, systemsengineering, analytics, and operational excellence to drive measurable business outcomes. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
