YOUTH APPRENTICESHIP OPPORTUNITIES Our Youth Apprentices play an important role in supporting daily operations and gaining handson experience in a manufacturing environment. During the summer months, apprentices typically work 20-40 hours per week, with the opportunity for overtime during weekdays and on Saturdays. Overtime is paid at one and onehalf (1.5x) the regular hourly rate. During the school year, schedules are flexible to accommodate academic commitments. All work schedules are based on customer demand; while many weeks may reach 40 hours, this is not guaranteed.
