Modeling, Simulation, and Analysis (MS&A) Engineer SME

• Develop and implement strategies to integrate Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), digital twins, and advanced simulation tools into engineering workflows.
• Lead the evaluation, selection, and deployment of digital engineering platforms and technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align engineering initiatives with organizational goals.
• Provide mentorship and training to engineering teams to enhance their digital engineering proficiency.
• Stay at the forefront of industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the organization remains competitive.
• Establish and enforce best practices, standards, and processes for systems engineering and digital engineering.
• Document and deliver simulation results, technical approaches, and process insights to program stakeholders and mission partners.

• 12+years of experienceinModeling, Simulation, and Analysis (MS&A)for high-fidelity mission-critical operations.
• ProficiencyinAFSIM, MATLAB, Python, or other advanced simulation tools to deliver validated models and benchmarking analysis.
• Expertisein systems design, lifecycle analysis, and probabilistic reasoning frameworks for mission prediction and assessment.
• Familiarity with data-driven digital engineering methodologies, including simulation readiness,DevSecOpsworkflows, and secure data pipelines.
• Strong ability to communicate simulation results and algorithms with leadership and cross-functional teams.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Research, Systems Analysis, Physics, or related technical fieldsrequired.
• Master's degree preferred.
