Thermal Energy International Corporation is searching for an Area Sales Manager at 11 Rich Hill Rd, Cheswick, PA on a full-time, permanent basis. Duties: Conduct site visits, develop interest in TEI products and solutions. Promote the company's technically complex energy efficiency and emission reduction products. Conduct field investigations, measurements & surveys to obtain drawings and data required to produce project design and drawings. Develop project designs & configurations, and develop projects costs in cooperation with engineering team. Develop, evaluate and discuss possible energy efficiency solutions with customers. Determine project needs, constraints & responsibilities to meet all customers' system design and installation requirements. Develop proposals, negotiate terms, prices and conditions with customers. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in engineering and 5 years of experience in energy efficiency sales. Experience in the pharmaceutical, Food & Beverage and/or institution or commercial sectors. Required to travel to California and other States to meet clients on average, approx. 15 days/month with no established schedule (for example: can be travel 3-4 days per week for 3 weeks and 2 weeks without travel).Send resumes to Human Resources at Careers@thermalenergy.com
