As an unarmed Patrol Officer in a residential community, you will drive and walk routine patrols, stay highly visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and respond to resident needs with clear, professional communication. You will document activity, report concerns, and support property rules with a service-first mindset. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, and vendors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor neighborhood activity and respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating to appropriate contacts and/or public services as needed.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of community streets, common areas, amenities, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify maintenance or hazard concerns.
• Support access control at entry points by verifying credentials when required, documenting visitor and contractor access, and addressing parking and community rule concerns in accordance with site guidelines.
• Complete detailed written reports and daily activity logs, communicate with Allied Universal supervision and property management, and use radios and/or other systems to coordinate response and document incidents.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
