As a Security Officer - Industrial Facility Patrol in San Diego, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Front Desk Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will welcome tenants and visitors, manage access control, issue badges, monitor cameras and alarms, and document security-related activity with clear communication. You will be a visible, approachable presence who helps to reduce incidents while delivering top-tier customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out Allied Universal security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Staff the front desk to help support access control by greeting arrivals, verifying identification and/or credentials, issuing visitor passes, and directing guests to the proper destination.
• Monitor lobby activity, cameras and/or alarm panels, and building communications; report unusual activity and service issues per post orders.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including calling for assistance and completing required notifications.
• Maintain accurate logs and reports such as visitor entries, deliveries, keys and/or badge activity, and incident documentation as required by the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
