Position Summary Enter and manage customer orders. Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status, requests for prices and quotations, expedites, and complaints in a timely manner. Analyze individual solutions and take appropriate action to ensure that customer needs are met. Provide necessary follow up and initiate correspondence for the team to enhance customer experience. Train and develop team members skills and delegate responsibilities to ensure team goals and workload are met. Responsibilities Order Processing:
