Here's What You'll Need:

• High school diploma or GED in hand
• 2 years of proven customer service/administrative experience
• Confident typing skills and multitasking abilities
• Tech-savvy with a knack for learning new tools fast
• Positive energy and empathy in every conversation
• A calm, collected presence under pressure
• Quick to solve problems and find solutions
• Effective at juggling multiple customer touch-points
• Organized with clean, accurate documentation
• Dependable, punctual, and professional
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone or email in a professional and courteous manner
• Process customer orders, service requests, and account updates accurately
• Resolve customer concerns and complaints while maintaining a customer-focused approach
• Document interactions and update customer records in internal systems
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met
• Provide product or service information and assist with troubleshooting when needed
• Follow company policies, procedures, and service standards
• Meet or exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, accuracy, and response time
