Description We are making a long-term commitment to the Real Estate Department-and we are looking for a proven, knowledgeable Real Estate Underwriter to assist with day-to-day underwriting and processing workflows. Level and salary for this position will be determined following the interview process and based on education, demonstrated experience, and skills. Hours for this position are: Monday - Friday - 8:45am-5:15pm Role The Real Estate Operations Specialist will serve as a primary Underwriter for the Real Estate Department, ensuring Real Estate files are processed and evaluated in compliance with government, internal CAMPUS, and investor standards.
