  • Level 1: Estimated hourly base pay: $17.31 (minimum) - $22.60 (midpoint) - $27.88 (maximum) Plus 10% shift differential

  • Level 2: Estimated hourly base pay: $19.71 (minimum) - $25.48 (midpoint) - $31.73 (maximum) Plus 10% shift differential

This is Weekends shift (Friday - Sunday, 4:00am - 4:30pm) supporting our Loves Park Campus in Loves Park, IL. Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Fulfillment: Picks material from racks, trays and shelves, and prepares them for assembly, sub-assembly, spare part orders or other subsequent processes.

  • Inventory Management: Maintain and update accurate records of stock levels, monitoring for discrepancies and reporting them as necessary. Daily inventory counts to maintain cycle counts.

  • Receiving Shipments: Unload and inspect incoming stock to ensure all items are accurate and undamaged upon arrival.

  • Stock Replenishment: Restock shelves and displays promptly to maintain product availability and ensure the production is well supplied.

  • Maintain Inventory Integrity and Traceability: Attach identifying tags or labels to stock or mark information on containers.

  • Safety Awareness: Adherence to safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for oneself and others.

  • Basic Skills: Proficiency in reading, writing, math and computer skills using inventory management software and other relevant computer applications for tracking stock.

  • Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and achieve common goals.

  • Customer Service Orientation: Provide assistance and information to customers regarding product availability and location when required.

  • Attention to Detail: Precision in handling products per handling code and data to minimize errors in stock handling and recordkeeping.

  • Physical Stamina: Capability to handle physical tasks such as lifting, moving, and stocking merchandise throughout the shift.

  • Inventory Management: Ability to efficiently manage and organize stock to ensure accurate inventory levels.

  • Problem Solving Abilities: Address and resolve issues related to stock discrepancies, damaged goods, or supply chain interruptions.

  • Time Management: Effectively

  • Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks and resolve issues.

Additional Information:

Demanding physical activity requiring above average agility and dexterity, including long periods of walking, standing, bending, moving heavy objects and ability to lift up to each sites maximum allowed weight limits.

Work is performed in an area with moderate risk or discomfort that may require special safety precautions, such as wearing protective clothing or gear. May be required to pass Near Vision and/or Color Vision examinations.

Successful Candidates Typically Have:

  • Strong attention to detail, problem solving and communications skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks and priorities effectively, maintaining schedules and workloads

  • Proficient with inventory management software, Microsoft and various other computer programs

  • Proven customer service skills

  • Experience with cycle counting
