Overview: As a Business Development Professional, you will collaborate with highly talented and experienced teams within HGA's Healthcare market and play a pivotal role in expanding our presence across Northern California. Through HGA's Healthcare work, we strive to make a positive impact on staff, patients and their families, and the surrounding communities. The Business Developer is a strategic partner to Principals and Practice Group Leaders, responsible for advancing the healthcare market's pipeline development, relationship strategy, market intelligence, and pursuit support across the Northern California region. This role supports the growth of HGA's successful healthcare practice by helping teams identify the right clients, position early, pursue work strategically, and maintain a strong, visible presence in the healthcare industry. This role does not independently sell and close project opportunities but works collaboratively with the Marketing Principals. We are looking for someone who will identify and foster HGA principal-led client relationships as well as contribute to pursuit success through strategy, data, coordination, insight, and disciplined execution. Expectations of this role include: Pipeline Development & Client Strategy
Partner with Principals, Practice Group Leaders, and National Healthcare BD leadership to develop, prioritize, and advance a qualified healthcare pipeline.

Salary Information: The pay range listed aligns to the geography of the office for which this position is posted. Actual compensation will be based upon work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Individuals in this role working more than 24 hours a week on a regular basis are eligible to participate in HGA's robust benefit programs which include an annual bonus and success sharing bonus program, 401(k) guaranteed contribution, paid parental leave, medical, dental and life insurance plans as well as PTO and short- and long-term disability programs.
