We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Summer 2026 Intern at UL Research Institutes, based in our Columbia, MD office.

What you'll learn and achieve:

As the Marketing Summer 2026 Intern, you will play a key role in the rapid growth of UL as you:

  • Assistinamplifyingresearch projects related toFSRI safetymissionand goals. This may involveorganizing events and sourcing or creating web content, social media, presentations, and other written materials.

  • Support in creating reports, presentations, visualizations, and public education campaignssummarizing research findings. Prepare materials for internal and external presentations.

  • Help collect and organizecontent following standard operating procedures.

  • Work closely with the researchamplificationteam and other departments to gather information, shareinformation, and contribute to a collaborative and innovativeworkenvironment.

  • Assistin managing and organizing projects, ensuring they are onbrand, onschedule and within budget. Take on specific tasks related to project goals.

  • Perform administrative duties as needed, including data entry, scheduling, and coordination of meetings.

Professional education and experience requirements for the role include:

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program in a related field (e.g.,communications, marketing,publicrelationsetc.).

  • Recent graduates may also be considered.

  • Strong interest in the non-profit sector.

  • Spanish or Canadian Frenchlanguageproficiencypreferred.
