Account Manager

The Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact with customers and is responsible for managing all aspects of customer engagement. This includes but is not limited to: facilitating support with quotes, purchase orders, order status (e.g., Lines of Balance, delivery/recovery schedules), and contractual issues. The role will also drive proposals, customer meetings, and general communications, both internal to Breeze-Eastern and external. The Account Manager requires close collaboration with the cross-functional team between Sales, Engineering, Operations, and the Finance/back-office teams to meet our customer needs.

The Account Manager role requires the ability to travel to their assigned geographic region 50% or greater.

This position reports to the VP of Sales and Contracts.

The compensation range for this role is $100,000-$130,000 based on experience and demonstrated soft skills that include initiative, continuous growth in your career, proactive customer management, crossfunctional leadership, and readiness to grow into a Business Unit Manager role within our organization.

Minimum Requirements:



  • Prior experience in a role that focuses on interaction with customers, purchase order processing, contract administration, logistics, order entry, and/or order book management.
  • Ability to travel to the assigned geographic region 50% or greater is required
  • Strong computer skills with MS Office, databases, and knowledge of ERP systems are required; experience with IFS is a plus.
  • Knowledge of defense contracts, processes, procedures, and aviation equipment is preferred.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business or Technical Discipline is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Aerospace products, MRO, aircraft maintenance, or aircraft parts manufacturing is preferred.
