Responsibilities Job Summary The Inpatient Case Management Supervisor is accountable and responsible for overseeing daily operations within assigned areas of the department. Position oversees case management staff to include RN Case Managers, SW Case Managers and Case Management Assistants. Responsibilities include monitoring the activities, performance and development of staff members and the development and evaluation of new processes and improvements. The Supervisor conducts first level problem solving with staff, ensures schedules are completed and scheduling issues resolved, and elevates appropriate issues to the senior case management leaders. The Supervisor is responsible for ensuring adherence to standard work and resolving barriers to completing standard work. Position is also responsible for participating in interviewing and hiring process, facilitating successful onboarding and orientation, and providing input to resolve performance issues within assigned teams.
