About the role

The Procurement Manager drives strategic sourcing and day to day procurement execution across SaaS, marketing, and broader indirect spend. This role partners closely with Finance, Legal, HR, and IT to deliver measurable cost optimization, reduce risk, and improve speed and consistency through scalable intake and procure to pay processes. The Procurement Manager will be a key contributor to the procurement roadmap, including procurement technology adoption, travel and expense program improvements, and CLM evaluation and rollout.

What will you be doing?

Strategic sourcing and commercial execution



  • Lead end to end sourcing, negotiations, and contracting support across SaaS, devOps, marketing, and other indirect categories.
  • Build category strategies and supplier pipelines, using benchmarks and market intelligence to improve outcomes.
  • Deliver measurable savings, cost avoidance, and value creation, with clear documentation and stakeholder alignment.


Stakeholder partnership and governance



  • Manage intake and triage of procurement requests, ensuring compliance with Procurement Policy and Delegation of Authority.
  • Partner with Legal and InfoSec to coordinate contract and security reviews, streamline workflows, and reduce cycle time.
  • Advise business owners on buying decisions, contract terms, renewal timing, and supplier risk.


Roadmap enablement and enterprise initiatives



  • Partner with Finance and HR to support travel and expense system evaluation, selection, and implementation readiness.
  • Partner with Legal to support enterprise CLM evaluation, requirements gathering, testing, and rollout adoption.
  • Support procurement technology initiatives (Coupa, Tropic, Brex), including process design, change management support, and continuous improvement.


Supplier and spend management



  • Drive software rationalization, license optimization, and renewal management in partnership with IT and business owners.
  • Execute tail spend optimization initiatives, improving compliance and reducing ad hoc purchasing.
  • Manage supplier performance, renewals, and issue resolution to ensure cost, quality, and service levels are met.


Analytics and reporting



  • Build ROI models and business cases for sourcing decisions and system investments.
  • Track and report pipeline, savings, cycle times, compliance, and supplier performance metrics.


What are we looking for?



  • 2+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or category management (indirect spend).
  • Demonstrated success sourcing and negotiating SaaS and technology agreements; familiarity with marketing spend is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of procure to pay processes, intake governance, and approval frameworks (DoA).
  • Experience driving renewal management and tail spend programs.
  • Experience supporting enterprise system evaluations and rollouts (T&E, CLM, procurement tech) preferred.
  • Strong project management skills with ability to run multiple workstreams and manage deadlines.
  • Executive ready communication style and proven ability to influence cross functional senior stakeholders
