  • Integration Support: Partner with M&A integration teams to harmonize contracting processes, terms and conditions, and legal frameworks between Salesforce and Informatica businesses.

  • Commercial Transactions: Partner with Commercial Legal and Privacy teams to draft and negotiate complex product-specific terms, Data Processing Addendums, partner agreements, and terms of service.

  • Stakeholder Partnership: Serve as trusted legal advisor to Informatica product management, engineering, sales, and business development teams

  • Regulatory & Compliance: Monitor and advise on global legal developments affecting data integrators and SaaS providers, translating these into actionable product requirements.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Technical Literacy: Comfort discussing complex technical architectures, APIs, etc.

  • Commercial Skills: Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills

  • Judgment: Excellent business judgment and the proven ability to provide practical, business-oriented legal advice in fast-paced environments
