Batch Processing Setup *Shift: 2nd, (2pm-10pm)* Pay: $18/hr (Based on Experience) We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Batch Processing Setup Operator to join our team at the Distribution Center. This position is essential for preparing and staging all ingredients necessary for the blending department to operate efficiently. The ideal candidate is a team player with prior warehouse experience, a strong understanding of safety and quality standards, and basic math skills for handling partial unit batches. Job Description: Accurately prepare batch setups by reading batch tickets, including lot numbers, whole units, partial weights, TOS items, substitutions, and allergens Stage and assemble bulk ingredients for the blending department to meet daily production needs Operate forklifts as needed to move materials safely and efficiently Use RF scanner guns to track and verify materials for partial and full unit batches Sanitize utensils and equipment using the three-step wash procedure Identify and report extraneous materials or discrepancies according to established protocols Verify setups prepared by other team members and ensure accuracy Maintain cleanliness and organization of the raw materials warehouse to meet sanitation and housekeeping objectives Perform repetitive lifting throughout the shift (up to 45-50 lbs. unassisted; heavier bags handled by teams of two) Complete partial unit processes and ensure accurate measurement and weighing of ingredients
