Job Overview

We're looking for someone who enjoys handson work and wants to grow their skills in a shop environment. This is an excellent entrylevel role where you'll learn how to prep, paint, and handle components for large equipment - no prior painting experience required. If you've worked in auto shops, construction, warehousing, grocery stocking, or any manuallabor environment, you may be a great fit.


The hours for this role are 6:00am - 2:00pm, with some nights and weekend overtime workrequired.


We provide training, a supportive team, and opportunities to learn more mechanical skills as you get familiar with our components. If you're motivated, reliable, and open to learning, we'd love to meet you.


This role is truly entry level - we're looking for the right attitude and work ethic more than specific experience. If you've stocked a store or warehouse, worked in a shop, or done any handson labor, please apply.

Key Job Responsibilities


  • Help with prepping and painting components used in electricdrive trucksUse basic shop tools like grinders and drills (we'll train you!)


  • Move, load, and unload parts and materialsIdentify part numbers and organize incoming components


  • Wear required PPE such as a respirator, safety glasses, and boots


  • Support daytoday shop operations - every day is a little different


  • Get familiar with components and equipment as you develop your skills

  • Clean and prepare earth moving equipment components for painting to ensure high quality
  • Effectively mask and paint equipment components utilizing pressured spray painting equipment
  • Operate a forklift as needed
  • Use hand tools
  • Unload and load transport trucks
  • Operate crane to lift components

Qualifications/Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
  • 1 + years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Be able to work onsite 6:00 am - 2:00 pm
  • Must be 18 years of age or older due to federal safety regulations governing the operation of powered industrial trucks (forklifts).
