Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Strategic Sourcing Manager to lead strategic procurement initiatives, with a primary focus on technology sourcing. This role requires a results-driven professional with exceptional negotiation skills, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and a proven track record of delivering measurable cost savings. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership experience, deep expertise in technology procurement, and outstanding interpersonal skills to build effective partnerships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.

Your Role & Responsibilities



  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies for technology products and services, including hardware, software, SaaS, and IT services.
  • Proactively track all software titles to forecast renewals, uncover consolidation opportunities, and initiate RFPs when appropriate.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement best practices to optimize supplier performance and reduce total cost of ownership.
  • Lead complex vendor negotiations to secure favorable commercial terms, pricing, and service-level agreements.
  • Draft, review, and manage contracts in partnership with Legal, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor supplier performance, proactively address issues, and ensure continuity and quality of supply.
  • Manage multiple sourcing initiatives simultaneously, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business objectives.
  • Partner cross-functionally with IT, Finance, Legal, and Operations to support organizational priorities and strategic goals.
  • Track, analyze, and report on sourcing metrics, negotiated savings, and supplier performance.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to inform sourcing decisions and drive continuous improvement initiatives.


Preferred Education & Experience



  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent relevant industry experience.
  • 5-10 years of progressive experience in sourcing or procurement, with a strong emphasis on technology sourcing and procurement.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, including managing teams and/or leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
