Care Van Driver - Per Diem

Hours range from 7:30am - 4:30 pm M-F. This is a per diem position and will be as needed.
Responsible for providing safe, courteous, and on schedule
transportation to our clients.
Essential Functions
-Follows Care Van schedules and communicates with staff regarding all aspects of clients' transportation.
-Assists clients in a prompt, helpful, courteous and compassionate manner.
-Communicates any vehicle maintenance needs to the appropriate staff.
-Ensures that vehicle mileage and maintenance logs are current.
-Follows outlined safety protocols in emergency situations.

High School Diploma or Equivalent required

Licenses and Credentials
Basic Life Support [BLS Certification] - Data Conversion - Various Issuers required Medical Examiner's Certificate for Fitness to Drive [C-DOTMED] - National Registry of Certified Medical Examiners required Personal Drivers License (New Hampshire) - New Hampshire Division of Motor Vehicles required
Experience
Patient Transportation Experience 1-2 years required
