Motorola Solutions is seeking a dynamic and motivated Global Business Operations Intern to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in MSI's Global Sales Operations organization. The Global Business Operations Intern will be responsible for developing AI tools for our Sales and Sales Operations teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in identifying and documenting business processes suitable for AI-driven automation

  • Conduct research on AI tools, platforms, and industry best practices for automation development

  • Test AI models for automation prior to release to production

  • Prepare documentation and presentations on automation projects for stakeholders

  • Participate in cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy AI automation solutions

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Experience working with AI and utilizing it for process automation

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Proficient in Google Work Suite

Basic Requirements
  • High School Diploma is required

  • Must be pursuing a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree with a graduation date of December 2026 or later
