FTE: _1.0, Shift: _Day, Schedule: _ M-F - 8:00am-4:30pm Position Summary The Administrative Coordinator, Compliance, Privacy & Civil Rights is responsible for coordinating the routine operations and the administrative support of MultiCare Health System's Compliance, Privacy & Civil Rights Department. The Coordinator will have accountability to both department directors and supports the business units in their effort to enforce and monitor compliance throughout MultiCare. The Coordinator serves as a role model for ethical behavior and promotes awareness and understanding of positive ethical and moral principles consistent with the MultiCare mission, vision and values, as well as those required by federal and state law.Requirements

As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $24.58 - $35.36 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education.
