The Sr. Director, Project/Program Management plays a central part in enterprise AI transformation, leading program management of strategic initiatives, transformation workstreams, and other key enterprise priorities. Reporting to the AVP, Strategic Operations & Transformation, this role provides leadership and oversight to the program management function supporting Cox Automotive's multi-year AI-first transformation, business rationalization, and technology stack simplification efforts. This leader oversees project/program teams from design to delivery, ensuring alignment with the transformation roadmap and strategic objectives across CAPTG and the broader enterprise.Oversees the development and management of processes, methods and technologies to be used by program managers.

USD 163,400.00 - 272,300.00 Compensation: Compensation includes a base salary of $163,400.00 - $272,300.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program. Benefits: The Company offers eligible employees the flexibility to take as much vacation with pay as they deem consistent with their duties, the company's needs, and its obligations; seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year; and up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually for their own wellness or that of family members.
