Compensation: $22.01/hr.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM
***Details: Will work part of the week at Shred-It in Phoenix, AZ and other part of the week at Stericycle in Tempe, AZ. Locations are approximately 10 miles/20 minutes apart.

Position Purpose:

The Office Administrator provides administrative support for assigned location. Duties vary from accounting, payroll, customer service, and general office work. Also acts as a backup to Billing Administrators and Customer Service Representatives.

Key Job Activities:

*Office Administration:
oBranch Emails.
oClosing Confirmations.
oCoordinating shipping of packages (FedEx parts, supplies, RFP's, etc.).
oRe-schedule of missed service.
oOrdering supplies.
oOpen and review mail.
oVendor Management (setup, communication, local visits).
oEquipment lists PROCESSING deliveries.

*Payroll Processing:
oTime and Attendance. Enters and audits weekly final payroll reports for departmental approval.

*Billing:
oException based billing Accounts (Half-Bag).
oReviews vendor invoices ensuring accuracy and completes all AP related functions.
o Ensures proper coding to correct location and GL account with department managers approval; batches & submits to Corporate A/P.

* Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned.

Education:
Required Education: in High School or Equivalent

*High School Diploma (some college preferred) or equivalent.
*2+ years of experience, preferably in administrative, demonstrating an excellent knowledge of computer software programs including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
*Demonstrates the ability to manage multiple issues to resolve related to the upkeep and maintenance of the position.
*Demonstrates the ability to modify behavior, as needed, in order to maintain effectiveness in a changing situation; and with varying tasks, responsibilities, or people.
*Demonstrates the ability to persist with a specific course of action.
* Must be willing to commit the necessary time and effort to complete work assignments and do a quality job.
*Demonstrates the ability to present ideas and information in a clear, concise, organized and diplomatic manner; listen to others to respond effectively to ideas and questions.
*Demonstrates the ability to identify and understand customer needs; takes appropriate actions to ensure customer needs are met and proactively searches of ways to increase customer satisfaction.
*Demonstrates the ability to function independently; resolve problems without direction.
*Demonstrates the ability to manage own time, activities and resources to ensure department standards are met on a consistent basis.
*Demonstrates the ability to identify problems as they occur; follow rules, guidelines, and procedures; apply experience and processes to current assignments.
