Description TEKsystems is seeking an experienced Project Manager* to support multiple Security Operations (SecOps) initiatives. This is a temporary role lasting 4-5 months, with the potential for extension or conversion based on performance. The ideal candidate has strong experience managing security-related projects, including vulnerability scanning, remediation coordination, and implementation of new security tools. Healthcare experience is a plus but not required. PMP certification is preferred. This position is fully onsite, with occasional travel to project locations within a 20mile radius. Key Responsibilities * Oversee and manage multiple security operations projects simultaneously. * Support the annual enterprise security scan process, coordinating remediation of identified security gaps. * Manage project activities related to new security software, including procurement, deployment, configuration, and functional testing. * Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, schedules, and timelines. * Prepare meeting agendas, status reports, and updates for project teams and leadership. * Review and track requisitions, change orders, and invoices; collaborate with management on cost and impact analysis. * Ensure project compliance with internal policies, building standards, and applicable regulations. * Provide accurate reporting on risks, challenges, progress, and resource needs. * Partner with cross-functional teams to support quality, timelines, and delivery expectations. * Identify opportunities for process improvement and support strategic planning activities. * Maintain high standards of professionalism, documentation quality, and follow-through. Required Skills & Experience * Strong background in Project Management, specifically within Security Operations (SecOps). * Experience leading security-related initiatives (vulnerability scans, remediation, software deployment). * Ability to manage multiple complex projects with minimal oversight. * Skilled in stakeholder communication and cross-functional coordination. * Experience managing budgets, timelines, documentation, and reporting. * Strong organizational and analytical abilities. Preferred Qualifications * PMP Certification * Experience in healthcare, regulated industries, or compliance-driven environments * Familiarity with security scanning, cybersecurity tools, or risk management frameworks Work Environment * Onsite role with occasional travel (within 20 miles). * Fast-paced environment requiring strong communication and organization. * Opportunity for contract extension or permanent conversion for strong performers.
