DESCRIPTION OF WORK

The Clerical Assistant 2 in this position will provide clerical support to the Wayne County Maintenance Organization and serve as the Human Resources clerk. Duties include; attending meetings and documenting minutes, scheduling interviews for County Manager, receives complains and enters into CCC system, and handles emails on a daily basis. You will also track employee performance evaluations, process e-PARs, scan documents for e-OPFS, and maintains personnel history folders.

- Full-time employment, 37.5 hours per week.
- Work hours are 7:00 am to 3:00 pm, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.
- Telework: You will not have the option to telework in this position.
- Salary: Selected candidates who are new to employment within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania will begin employment at the starting annual salary of $36,108 (before taxes).

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY

QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- Six months as a Clerical Assistant 1 (commonwealth title); or
- Graduation from high school; or
- An equivalent combination of experience and training.
Additional Requirements:
- You must be able to perform essential job functions.
