As Brand Manager, you will lead the strategic direction and activation for Eucerin, shaping impactful marketing that drives market share, sales and profitability. This role balances global brand strategy with local market insight to drive longterm growth and strengthen brand performance in the UK.
Your Tasks
Brand Strategy
- Develop and own the medium and long term brand strategy in partnership with the Senior Brand Manager.
- Ensure the strategy is tailored to UK market needs and aligned with global brand direction.
Marketing Planning & Execution
- Create and execute compelling annual brand plans that bring the strategy to life.
- Lead integrated marketing activity across channels, ensuring clear alignment to commercial targets and business priorities.
Consumer & Market Insight
- Be the voice of the consumer - building deep understanding of consumer needs, motivations and attitudes.
- Translate insight into actionable strategies that strengthen brand relevance and competitive advantage.
New Product Development & Launch
- Identify, evaluate and deliver new product launches and relaunches that drive growth.
- Lead crossfunctional collaboration with Sales, Supply Chain and Finance to ensure flawless execution and maximum launch impact.
Performance Monitoring & Optimisation
- Track brand performance against KPIs, identifying opportunities and implementing corrective actions to accelerate results.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends, sharing insights that unlock future growth opportunities.
Budget & Commercial Management
- Manage the brand's marketing budget with strong commercial discipline.
- Proactively recommend actions to optimise spend, avoid over or underspend, and protect profitability.
Stakeholder & Agency Management
- Build strong, trusted relationships with internal stakeholders and external agency partners.
- Ensure bestinclass delivery, clear communication and strong return on investment.
International Collaboration
- Partner closely with European and Global marketing teams to influence strategy, campaigns and communication.
- Champion the UK consumer perspective to ensure global initiatives resonate locally.
Your Profile
- Proven experience in a Brand or Marketing role with demonstrated commercial acumen.
- Experience within FMCG.
- Strong strategic capability with the ability to influence and collaborate across functions.
- Resultsfocused, analytical and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Effective communicator and team player with strong stakeholder management skills.
