McKesson is an impact-driven, Fortune 10 company that touches virtually every aspect of healthcare. We are known for delivering insights, products, and services that make quality care more accessible and affordable. Here, we focus on the health, happiness, and well-being of you and those we serve - we care.

What you do at McKesson matters. We foster a culture where you can grow, make an impact, and are empowered to bring new ideas. Together, we thrive as we shape the future of health for patients, our communities, and our people. If you want to be part of tomorrow's health today, we want to hear from you.

We are seeking a highly organized, execution-driven Project Coordinator/Manager to support the design, coordination, and delivery of impactful enablement programs across our commercial organization. This role ensures that projects move smoothly from idea to plan to execution with accuracy, proper documentation, and accountability.

The ideal candidate demonstrates strong executive function: structured thinking, impeccable follow-through, mastery of detail, and the ability to bring clarity, order, and momentum to cross-functional work.

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination & Execution

  • Drive day-to-day coordination of revenue operations and sales enablement initiatives, including training programs, onboarding workflows, content development, systems adoption, and operational improvements.

  • Build structured project plans with clear milestones, owners, dependencies, and risks; maintain all documentation and trackers.

  • Ensure tasks, timelines, and decisions are tightly managed.

  • Run structured status meetings: drive agenda, capture actions, follow up on deliverables, and escalate risks early.

Operational Rigor & Workflow Management

  • Create and maintain detailed SOPs, workflows, and playbooks for sales enablement processes.

  • Implement version control, documentation standards, and reporting templates to support consistency and transparency.

  • Partner with RevOps, Sales Leadership, and cross-functional teams to clarify requirements and ensure operational readiness for new tools, training, or processes.

Content, Materials, and Executive Deliverables

  • Build clean, executive-ready PowerPoint materials for enablement programs, operating reviews, and leadership updates.

  • Translate complex concepts into simple, structured frameworks that drive clarity for leaders and reps.

  • Support the design and maintenance of enablement resources (guides, checklists, job aids, templates).

Communication & Stakeholder Alignment

  • Act as a central coordination point across Sales, RevOps, Marketing, Product, and Training teams.

  • Communicate progress, risks, and decisions clearly and proactively to leaders and project teams.

  • Ensure teams stay aligned on priorities, requirements, and handoffs to avoid rework or delays.

Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement

  • Monitor process adherence, data quality, training completion, and tool usage to surface gaps or inefficiencies.

  • Recommend improvements and help implement changes that raise the bar on consistency, accuracy, and execution.

  • Maintain a structured, transparent view of all enablement workstreams, ensuring leadership can rapidly understand status and impact.

What You Bring

  • Extreme detail orientation-you spot gaps, inconsistencies, and missing steps before others.

  • Flawless execution and follow-through-you document, track, and close the loop every time.

  • Structured thinking-you break down complex work into steps, owners, and timelines.

  • Strong communication skills-clear, succinct, and tailored for executive audiences.

  • High ownership-you anticipate needs, prevent issues, and keep work moving without being asked.

  • Comfort working in ambiguity and bringing structure when none exists.

Minimum Requirement

Degree or equivalent and typically requires 7+ years of relevant experience.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Critical Skills

  • 3+ years in sales enablement, project coordination/management, RevOps, or related operations roles.

  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

  • Strong proficiency in project management tools (Smartsheet, Asana, Monday, or similar) and Excel.

  • Advanced PowerPoint skills with experience creating senior-ready materials.

  • Demonstrated success driving operational rigor, documentation, and repeatable processes.

  • Experience supporting sales teams or commercial organizations strongly preferred.

Success in This Role Looks Like

  • Projects run smoothly, with clear documentation, zero ambiguity, and timely delivery.

  • Leaders have confidence that work is organized, tracked, and visible.

  • Enablement programs land cleanly with strong adoption and minimal rework.

  • Teams experience tighter coordination, clearer expectations, and better communication.

  • You become the "operational glue" that keeps sales enablement running with discipline and precision.
