Job Overview
Step into a high-visibility Corporate IT role where your functional expertise in Infor Syteline (CSI) directly shapes how our global organization operates end to end. As an IT Business Analyst, you will participate in the functional implementation, optimization, and ongoing evolution of the Infor Syteline/CSI ERP platform, delivering solutions that align business needs with enterprise goals. This is a business-facing role, partnering closely with stakeholders across manufacturing, sales, and finance to support integrated, end-to-end processes. Success requires strong interpersonal skills, a confident and consultative presence, and the ability to manage expectations while translating business needs into practical, scalable ERP solutions. You will collaborate effectively across functions while independently leading initiatives from concept through delivery.
We are seeking a seasoned Infor Syteline (CSI) functional professional with deep expertise in business process mapping and user-centered solution design. This is not a technical or development role. This role carries ownership across three core areas and the ideal candidate brings hands-on experience delivering 3-5 full-cycle Syteline implementations. At minimum your functional depth is across Materials Management, Sales, and Finance, and you hold a strong understanding of financial processes within the system. If you're a functional Infor Syteline (CSI) expert who understands how manufacturing, sales, and finance truly work together, this role places you at the center of enterprise decision-making and meaningful business impact.

- Coordinate system integrations and enhancements, including evaluation, scope definition, and completion of new feature requests.
- Provide application support and guidance to business users through IT service desk processes and act as liaison between users, vendors, and development teams.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, including blueprinting workflows and supporting change management activities.
- Deliver user training and promote skill development for Infor Syteline across the organization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and ensure alignment with business objectives.
