Job Description

About the role:

The Product Analyst Specialist is responsible for product management for retirement digital experiences while driving strategic product initiatives that advance the product portfolio. This role blends deep expertise in participant, sponsor and advisor retirement digital experiences with a strong focus on client relationship management, product strategy, transformation, and cross-functional leadership. The successful candidate will execute proper ways of working through discovery, definition and delivery phases to oversee product initiatives, identify growth opportunities, and respond to client needs all to ensure products remain competitive, innovative, and aligned with business objectives.

What you'll be doing:

Product Discovery, Definition & Backlog Management:

  • Define and articulate program level product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
  • Prepare and present product discovery and definition, identifying risks, opportunities.

Product Lifecycle Management:

  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle, including planning, delivery, and backlog enhancements.
  • Oversee product launches, enhancements, and releases to market, ensuring high-quality delivery and client satisfaction.

Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement:

  • Track product performance, user adoption, and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Prepare and present product roadmap reviews, providing strategic direction and business reasons for changes.

Financial Oversight & Planning:

  • Manage budget and forecasts to execute against plan.
  • Accountability of initiative release dates.

What you bring:

  • Minimum 5+ years in product, ideally within financial services, fintech, or enterprise software. Experience with digital experiences and retirement services is highly valued.
  • Deep understanding of participant, sponsor and advisor retirement experiences. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Ability to translate complex workflows into intuitive product solutions. Strong judgment and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences. Effective power point presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • General business skills, financial management, and strategic planning abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, business, information systems, finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Client relationship management skills, ability to establish credibility and build positive relationships. Team skills, including ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships at all levels.
  • Strong time management, attention to detail, resourcefulness, leadership, negotiation skills, flexibility, and dependability. May require up to 5% travel.
FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $140,890.00 - $236,690.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
