Customer Service Representative

Pay: $17/hr

1st Shift Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding customer service through phone, email, in-person, and web interactions.
• Communicate with on-the-road employees, resolve customer issues promptly, and track and document customer concerns.
• Handle refunds and maintain accurate account records.
• Process payments, enter new subscription accounts, and generate work orders for drivers.
• Ensure missed stops and pick-ups are completed promptly.
• Perform credit checks on new customers and maintain records of transactions.
• Assist with scanning contracts, managing the Affirmative Action log, and ensuring compliance in the customer service area.
• Promote a positive company image and maintain a neat and organized workspace.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of previous experience in a call center customer service role.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
• Good communication, customer service, organizational, problem-solving, data entry, time management, and record-keeping skills.
