The Requirement Checklist

• 2+ years of soldering experience
• Prior defense industry experience preferred
• Basic mechanical and computer skills
• Able to read blueprints/manufacturing drawings

How You'll Make an Impact

• Solder electronic components, wires, and parts onto printed circuit boards to meet IPC standards (IPC-610).
• Assemble microcircuits and fine components using microscopes.
• Incorporate engineering changes into new and existing products at the board level.
• Record production activity into a database.
• Review ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) data for proper configuration control.
