Job Title: Collision Technician - Jersey City, NJ
Reports To: Operations Manager
Salary Range: $40-$47.50 per hour

Major Areas of Responsibility of a Collision Technician:
- Inspects, diagnoses, repairs and refurbishes motorcoaches, commercial and non-commercial vehicles and other vehicles, both towed and driven
- Understands and adheres to all company safety policies and procedures
- Compliance with all local, State, and Federal regulations applicable to operations, buildings, grounds, and personnel including EPA, OSHA, and DOT
- Specific duties and responsibilities are determined by individual collision technician training, certification, knowledge, skill, and experience
- Other Duties and responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications:
- In the role of Collision Technician, it requires good organizational skills to include the ability to effectively manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and complete assignments within expected time frames
- Employee must possess the tools necessary to complete assigned responsibilities
- Experience with post pulling jack
- Must have welding experience or certification in a welding program and knowledge of laser alignment procedures
- Previous experience in a collision/frame shop and or collision related education
Skills:
- Must be a self-starter and possess a positive attitude
- Must have good attendance
- Must be willing to travel, with possible work on the weekends/overtime
Physical Demands:
- Ability to frequently move items weighing up to 100 lbs.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time throughout shift
