Join us as a Utilities Technology Specialist!

The Utilities Technology Specialist serves as the company's local and/or regional resource for technology and equipment troubleshooting, technology improvement, standard design and testing process equipment. The specialist is a resource for the Global Technology Group, sharing better practices, challenging and developing plans for local or regional implementation.

In this role you'll make an impact by:

  • Create technical strategy initiatives and provide communication delivery to line of business

  • Identifying process bottlenecks and proposing solutions

  • Drive local improvement initiatives, project planning, and sustainability initiatives

  • Reviewing, assessing, and writing URS and investment applications for future growth

  • Collaboration with multiple Novonesis sites

To succeed you must:

  • Minimum B.Sc. in engineering or similar discipline relevant to Utilities systems

  • 3+ years' experience in utilities equipment technology

  • Experience as a project manager with multiple team members that have a large impact to the business

  • Prefer candidates with established network in utilities and knowledge of Novonesis and external systems.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Possess expert-level leadership, coaching, and networking skills

  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to drive projects in a complex organizational setup

Location: Franklinton, North Carolina (On-site)

Expected pay range: $115,000-$140,000
