As a Security Officer - Residential Patrols Full-Time in Atlanta, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Security Officer with Allied Universal at a residential location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while remaining visible throughout the community. Your role involves conducting routine patrols and providing outstanding customer service and communication to residents and guests. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious behavior.
• Observe and report any unusual conditions, incidents, or maintenance concerns to management and/or Allied Universal as required.
• Maintain a visible presence throughout the location to help to deter potential issues and provide assistance when needed.
• Collaborate with property management and Allied Universal team members to address security-related concerns and provide updates as necessary.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
