Reigistered Nurse (RN)

We are looking for a RN that is really good with people and documentation. 

Duties

RNs are expected to perform their job duties according to the State Nursing Practice Act while upholding the utmost ethical and safe techniques, always keeping the care of the patient as your top priority. Job duties can include but are not limited to the following:

1. Perform all nursing duties in accordance with the state Nursing Act specific to the

state you are working in, while adhering to all facility policies and procedures.

2. Assesses client’s condition, initiates plan of care, re-evaluates and updates as necessary

3. Drive to client's home to have a supervisory visit (maybe 15 minutes, but get paid for a whole hour)

4. Complete assessments of client and submit to the State for care

5. Communicate and document with all staff, patients, and families with excellent written and

verbal skills

6. Comply with all facility policy and procedure, while upholding the high

expectations of Celestial Care

General Requirements

. Must have a license to practice nursing

. One year of full-time clinical practice in each specialty area

. Must possess compassionate, professional, and ethical behavior

. Must have available reliable transportation to and from assignments
