Spire is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to work out of the downtown Birmingham, AL or St. Louis, MO location. This position will be responsible for being a strategic partner with business groups, managing full-cycle recruiting, sourcing candidates and ensuring performance metrics are met. A Successful candidate must have the following to be considered: Duties and Responsibilities
* Collaborate with business leaders and HR Business Partners across Spire to understand staffing forecast, hiring needs, team dynamics, and job profiles. Essential Characteristics
* High degree of integrity, sensitivity and professionalism in dealing with associate relations issues and confidential information Supervisory Responsibilities
