JOB SUMMARY: We're seeking a detail-oriented and safety-driven intern to conduct fire safety inspections across residential and commercial properties. In this role, you'll ensure compliance with local fire codes and ordinances, identify potential hazards, and help educate property owners on fire prevention best practices. This role is ideal for a motivated student interested in fire safety, emergency services, or public health. The position is for the summer months typically based on a 40-hour work week. JOB DUTIES: 1. Primary responsibility will be to conduct fire inspections to promote fire safety and prevent fire hazards. These inspections will include site meetings with property managers and owners. QUALIFICATIONS: WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: STARTING PAY RATE: $32.36per hour.
