KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, Tax Talent Strategy to join our Tax organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support Tax Talent strategic projects and initiatives, contributing to project deliverables with a focus on People Experience and Development, Workforce Evolution, and Culture, Wellbeing & Inclusion strategies
  • Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure the collective Tax voice is represented and refine and execute the overall continuous listening strategy for Tax, leveraging people councils, people survey results, and other listening channels; plan and execute virtual and in-person meetings
  • Prepare and draft high-quality strategic materials, including communications, presentations, reports, and white papers for leaders and stakeholders, and facilitate large group meetings and present strategic materials to Tax leadership
  • Assist with the planning and execution of team meetings, workshops, internal conferences, and trainings, including strategy, agendas, budget, logistics, participant management, session materials development, and synthesizing outputs
  • Utilize strong writing skills to develop clear and impactful communications and materials that support a variety of initiatives aimed at enhancing the experience and development of Tax personnel
  • Coordinate with key stakeholders and functional counterparts to effectively execute on the Tax Talent Strategy mission, supporting overall team management activities such as note-taking, action tracking, status reports, and maintaining team SharePoints & collateral, including the development and maintenance of Tax talent resources and portal content
  • Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
Qualifications:
  • Minimum two years of recent experience in Human Resources, Human Capital Advisory, Talent Strategy, Organizational Effectiveness, Behavioral Science or related fields-preferably within a large professional services environment
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university preferred
  • Strong writer, proficient in project planning, and creating presentation decks, with experience using AI tools; ability to provide meaningful insights and recommendations for the broader employee experience
  • Solid facilitation skills, with the ability to effectively support meetings, workshops, and group discussions
  • Passionate about enhancing the employee experience, open to feedback, and committed to exploring diverse perspectives
  • Self-directed with a learner's mindset, curiosity, high emotional intelligence, and an innovative mindset to drive creative solutions, complimented by strong organizational skills to effectively manage multiple priorities and projects
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future. California Salary Range: $70900 - $143500
