Job Responsibilities: The Senior System Operations Administrator will manage email, SharePoint and account-level security, perform backups and restores, and perform all other Exchange, SharePoint, and Network Administrator tasks. Work is performed in the on premise environment and in the M365 environment. This includes server and client support, managing Active Directory accounts, SharePoint administration, reviewing server and backup logs, performing email traces, applying Exchange server patches and updates. Help to manage and maintain the ADA technology environment by providing 2nd and 3rd level support to ADA staff and customers. Liaise and direct external consultant contractors and management. Recommend software products that will help us to report, monitor, and maintain systems more efficiently. Develop and run reports using a variety of tools to show the status of server security, disk space, backups, performance and so forth. Must Have:
