Genesis10 is currently seeking an IT Program Manager with our client in the financial industry located in Charlotte, NC and Jersey City, NJ. This is a 12+ month contract position. Responsibilities: Lead complex technology initiatives across the enterprise Ensure successful delivery of strategic projects Collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and drive projects from inception to completion while maintaining alignment with organizational goals Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related experience Technical Project Manager 5+ years of experience required in IT project management Proven experience in large-scale enterprise environments (Financial Services or similar highly regulated industry experience preferred) Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and infrastructure Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project), and collaboration platforms Ability to interpret technical requirements, perform impact analysis, and translate into actionable plans Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to influence senior stakeholders Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple priorities, and lead cross-functional teams Analytical mindset with ability to resolve conflicts and mitigate risks Desired skills: PMP or PRINCE2 certification Familiarity with architectural frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman) and enterprise architecture concepts Experience with modern DevOps practices Experience managing Citizen Led or End User Development environments Project Management: Agile, Waterfall, hybrid methodologies Pay range: $54.54 - $62.54 Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
