*Onsite IT Support Technician*
*Location:* Pendleton, SC *Schedule:* Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (or 8:00 AM-4:30 PM based on lunch break) *Position Summary* We are seeking an *Onsite IT Support **Technician* to provide hands-on technical support at a large, reputable company's facility. This role is ideal for a skilled IT professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being the go-to resource for technical issues. You will be the primary technician onsite, responsible for supporting end users, managing hardware and network equipment, and ensuring smooth IT operations. *Key Responsibilities* * Deliver *in-person technical support* to employees, including company leadership, with professionalism and efficiency. * Create and manage tickets in *ServiceNow*, ensuring timely resolution in accordance with SLAs. * Deploy and refresh PCs, printers, and network devices (switches, access points, wireless controllers). * Maintain computer rooms and network closets to company standards. * Manage accurate inventory of all IT assets in ServiceNow, from receipt through disposal, following lifecycle processes. * Deploy and support *audio/video equipment* in conference rooms and assist with business video events. * Execute tasks for ongoing *IT project deployments*. * Provide *on-call and after-hours support* for critical issues, serving as "hands and eyes" for the network team when needed. *Requirements* * *2+ years of IT experience* (5+ years preferred) with hands-on skills in PC support, networking, and audio/visual systems. * Strong troubleshooting abilities and problem-solving skills. * Professional demeanor and adherence to site-specific dress code. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to collaborate effectively. * Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. * Active driver's license and reliable transportation. *Preferred Qualifications* * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience. * Experience with *Windows 11*, imaging, deployment, and hardware support. * Familiarity with *ServiceNow* or similar ticketing systems. *Skills You'll Use* Desktop Support | Hardware Troubleshooting | Customer Service | Imaging & Deployment | Network Basics | Audio/Visual Setup *Why Apply?* * *Work for a large, well-established company* with a strong reputation in its industry. * Gain *enterprise-level IT experience* and exposure to advanced technologies. * Take ownership as the *primary onsite technician*, making a direct impact on operations. * Enjoy a *stable schedule* and a professional work environment. * Opportunity for *career growth* and skill development in a dynamic setting. *Job Type & Location* This is a Contract position based out of Pendleton, SC. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $25.00/hr.
