Position Title: End User Computing Engineer Top Skills - Must Haves: * SCCM (MECM) * Active Directory * Desktop Support * JAMF * Intune * Patch Management Top Skills' Details: * 7+ years of experience providing End User Computing technical support in a Windows environment * 5+ years of SCCM (MECM) Current Branch experience as an SCCM Administrator * 4+ years of experience with Active Directory and GPO management * Application support and OS (Windows/Mac) patch management experience in a medium-to-large corporate environment with multiple client sites using tools such as SCCM, Microsoft Intune, WSUS, and JAMF Secondary Skills - Nice to Haves: * Experience with NinjaOne or similar tools * Print Management expertise * Automation scripting Job Description: We are seeking an End User Computing Engineer to develop and maintain end-user computing platforms. This role involves planning, configuring, testing, deploying, reporting on, and supporting corporate physical and virtual images (Mac and Windows OS), proprietary and third-party application packages, application and OS update/patch management, and configuration management solutions (SCCM, Intune, JAMF, NinjaOne). The ideal candidate will evaluate existing and emerging technologies, create efficiencies in imaging and configuration management, and mentor junior engineers. Responsibilities: * Create, maintain, and administer standard corporate images and deployment processes * Package, test, and deploy system and application updates/patches * Manage SCCM, Intune, JAMF, and related tools for configuration and patch management * Provide escalation support for complex technical issues, including MFA * Plan and implement upgrades and rollouts of hardware, software, and applications * Develop strategies for end-user computing environments and evaluate emerging technologies * Lead technical projects and ensure timely delivery * Incorporate automation into daily processes to improve efficiency * Adhere to established Change and Problem Management processes * Mentor junior team members and provide training on systems and solutions * Deliver exceptional customer service and support internal stakeholders Qualifications: * Strong expertise in SCCM, Intune, JAMF, and Active Directory * Experience with Windows and Mac OS environments * Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide high-level support * Excellent communication and documentation skills * Willingness to work nights/weekends, provide on-call support, and travel as needed Work Environment: * Location: Fort Mill, SC * Schedule: Hybrid - must be comfortable with 5 days onsite Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fort Mill, SC.
