Are you a highly organized and collaborative leader with a passion for bringing impactful customer stories to life? We are seeking a talented individual to drive the end-to-end management of strategic customer speaking engagements and reference programs. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in showcasing customer success, influencing brand perception, and contributing to the overall market leadership of a pioneering technology company. You will lead the charge in developing scalable processes, managing significant program budgets, and orchestrating seamless collaboration across diverse teams to deliver successful, high-profile events. Your work will directly elevate customer voices, demonstrating the tangible impact of cutting-edge solutions and inspiring audiences globally.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Develop, optimize, and streamline program processes, including comprehensive budget management, meticulous timeline coordination, and efficient speaker nomination procedures.

* Partner closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to execute strategic initiatives that amplify customer success stories.

* Cultivate and manage strong stakeholder relationships across technical, events, legal, public relations, and creative teams to ensure cohesive program delivery.

* Oversee the allocation and tracking of program budgets, ensuring fiscal responsibility and maximizing impact.

* Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and implement innovative solutions to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness.

* Lead the planning and execution of various events, including keynote speaker engagements and live events, managing all aspects from conception to completion.

* Facilitate productive meetings and manage work-back trackers to maintain project momentum and ensure timely delivery.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

* 5+ years of demonstrated experience in program management, event management, or a related field, with a strong emphasis on project management methodologies.

* Proven experience managing budgets of $500K or greater.

* Exceptional stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse groups.

* Proficiency with productivity tools and project management software.

* Strong time management abilities, capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

* Demonstrated risk management and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to developing contingency plans.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Experience with customer reference programs or speaker management specifically.

* Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

* Experience working effectively within a global, matrix organization.

* Proven ability to influence without direct authority, driving consensus and achieving objectives through collaboration.

* Experience with process improvement methodologies to continuously enhance program operations.

* Prior experience with live event coordination and execution.
