About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Integrated Marketing Manager to join our Brand and Seasonal Marketing team. This pivotal role will be instrumental in developing, coordinating, and executing end-to-end 360-degree marketing campaigns, with a strong focus on seasonal moments, holiday initiatives, and brand values-centered messaging. You will serve as the crucial connection point between strategy and execution, managing cross-functional workflows to ensure campaigns launch seamlessly and on time. Key Responsibilities
Campaign Planning & Execution
- 360 Campaign Leadership: Partner with the team to establish comprehensive 360-degree marketing plans for assigned seasonal and values-based campaigns.
- Translate Strategy: Convert strategic marketing objectives into clear, actionable briefs and project timelines for creative, merchandising, and channel-specific teams.
- Project Management: Serve as the day-to-day project leader for values-centered campaigns, actively managing workflow, coordinating asset approvals, and facilitating clear cross-functional communication.
- High-Priority Support: Provide dedicated execution support to Senior Managers on high-priority integrated marketing moments and brand campaigns, focusing on flawless delivery.
Seasonal & Holiday Coordination
- Holiday Support: Assist the Director with critical Holiday marketing activities, including detailed campaign planning, identifying content needs, ensuring merchandising alignment, and coordinating execution across all channels.
- Channel Alignment: Ensure seamless data flow and process alignment across store, digital, social media, and advertising channels.
Team & Values Alignment
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the primary interface between marketing and key partners including Project Management (PM), Creative, Merchandising, and vehicle leads.

Qualifications & Experience
We're excited about you if you have:
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of professional marketing experience, ideally within a fast-paced retail, beauty, or agency environment.
- Multi-Channel Expertise: Demonstrated ability in developing and managing campaigns across multiple channels, including store, digital, social media, and advertising.
- Project Leadership: Strong experience managing complex, integrated marketing projects from strategy to launch.
- Adaptability: Proven comfort and effectiveness working in ambiguous or rapidly changing environments.
- Collaboration & Communication: Exceptional collaborative skills with a track record of working successfully cross-functionally, coupled with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Preferred Industry Experience: Experience in the retail, agency, and/or beauty industry is highly preferred.
